Privacy Policy

All our information we collect and receive during the process of fingerprinting and dissemination of background check results remains confidential and intended for BCI and FBI purposes. The information is not published, loaned, sold, or shared with any entity outside of the BCI and FBI network except for the destination requested at the time of fingerprinting.

The registration form completed and signed at the time of fingerprinting is the official document of the transaction. This form indicates where to send the results of the BCI and/or Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) criminal history record search.

The result of a criminal history check that is returned from the BCI or FBI is sent only to the destination indicated on the registration form. In some instances, the result is sent directly from the State to the destination.

Registration/order forms and acquired information from background check investigation requests are also kept confidential and only shared with the requested party in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

All fingerprint scan received are destroyed approximately thirty (30) days after the transaction is completed. They are stored in a secure facility that can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

We do not offer shipping and handling for our fingerprinting services. Additionally, we want to assure our customers that all information shared with us is kept confidential and secure.
